**Position Summary**

PuroClean is looking for a hardworking, motivated and preferably experienced **Lead Restoration Technician** to join our team. Our office is based in Milton, ON and we cover a large territory including Brampton, Mississauga, Halton Hills, Orangeville, and Guelph/Wellington.

PuroClean's mission is to do whatever it takes to provide our clients with the best service experience in the industry.

**Core functions of the Restoration Technician**:

- Understanding, demonstrating and promoting the Vision, Mission and Values of the company
- Understanding, demonstrating and promoting the operational systems used by the company
- Delivering empathetic interaction and professional service resulting in an excellent customer experience in disaster response activities
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner
- Maintaining a professional appearance, attitude and conduct at all times
- Working effectively toward successful outcomes with all parties involved in restoration activities
- Always achieves customer satisfaction beyond a customer’s expectation of service

**Job Duties**:

- Working as part of a team and taking a leadership role on various remediation projects
- Controlled demolition of drywall and other affected building materials during mitigation projects
- Small Contracting jobs - General carpentry, drywall installation and painting
- Responsible for leading the team to ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment and warehouse area
- Maintenance and cleaning of vehicles
- Must be able to work some "on call" shifts
- Is able and willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Working with the Project Managers to establish mitigation and construction Scopes and scheduling
- Doing whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction on small reconstruction projects

Valid driving license is a must.
