Slot Technician Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our slot machines, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in the gaming industry, applying this knowledge to improve our operations and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent working experience and education with a background in electronics.
  • 1+ years' hands-on working experience in a Slot Operations, Electronics, or related area.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
  • An ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast-paced, shift work environment.
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
