We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trauma/Crime Scene Cleanup Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleanup and restoration tasks, including but not limited to:
- Trauma and crime scene cleanup, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols
- Fire and smoke damage restoration, including debris removal, soot cleanup, and odor mitigation
- Water damage restoration, including water extraction, drying, and mold remediation
- Hoarding cleanup, involving the removal of clutter, sanitation, and organization of affected areas
- Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning products to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Communicating effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and team members to ensure clear expectations and timely completion of projects
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and integrity while working in sensitive and challenging environments
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning and restoration services preferred
- Previous experience in trauma/crime scene cleanup, fire/water damage restoration, or related field is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and withstand potentially hazardous environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with clients experiencing distressing situations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required

Expected hours: 40 per week
