**THE ROLE**

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Coordinate recruitment of high-volume requirements for the Project, with the support of a blue collar-recruitment team
- Work directly with the Recruitment Lead on a daily basis to ensure the supply of personnel required to complete the Project within the required timeframe is met
- Manage effective communication between all relevant recruitment stakeholders around Altrad recruitment activities
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks as required
- Liaise with the Training Department to ensure all pre-mobilization training requirements are booked in and completed
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure all required documentation is received in a timely manner
- Maintain personnel records, ensure information contained in personnel file is current and comprehensive
- Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skills and experience

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- RPR Designation considered an asset
- 5+ years of Recruitment experience preferably in a trades setting
- Exposure to high volume and fast-paced recruitment activities
- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process
- Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge with ATS systems (preferably with ADP Workforce Now), MS Office 365, and Sharepoint

This position is based in Calgary, AB. The successful applicant will be required to have suitable transportation to/from our Corporate Office.
