Calgary, Canada NCSG Hauling and Rigging Full time

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter invoices in our NCSG system (NexGen) and respective client data bases as required - i.e. ADP/Cortex.
- Submitting invoices to customers by their preferred method, ensuring all invoices as approved both internally and externally (as required by customer contracts) prior to submission.
- Collect and organize timesheets to submit for manager’s approval.
- Ensuring that all AR is complete for month end close process.
- Assist with the maintenance department with shop work orders as needed.
- Ensure all AP invoices received in billing packages are approved and submitted to AP daily.
- Problem solving accounts receivable contract issues as it relates to billing both internally & externally.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to customers as determined by contracts.
- Willingness to accept assignments on an as needed basis, including any special projects which may arise, in order to promote an atmosphere of teamwork.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers, both verbally and in writing.
- High attention to detail and demonstrates good judgment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Effective time management skills with the flexibility to work the hours required to get the job done during peak times.
- Assist with maintaining incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide administrative support to managers, supervisors and staff within the branch.
- Complete new hire packages with appropriate policies and forms from HR, HSE and transportation.
- Assisting new hires with paperwork completion and setting them up for internal online training as required.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience required.
- Experience with Nexgen software and other fleet management programs considered an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.

- Must be highly organized and able to handle a full workload while having strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment, but also possess the ability to work independently when required.

- Must be able to solve minor problems and address concerns while having little or no supervision.
