**Responsibilities**:

- Main responsiblities:
- In-person and virtual event support (setup, execution and wrap-up)
- Managing room bookings, sourcing external venues, and working with vendors
- Managing event invitations, registrations and nametags

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Undergraduate Degree, in Business Management/Administration preferred

**Experience**:
- 2+ years of related experience

Skills, Abilities & Expertise:
- Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred
- Ability to foster collaboration and respect among team members
- Communication skills with confidence interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service skills with a desire to achieve results in a professional and timely manner
- Detail-oriented with an ability to function and process information with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to create a positive impression while interacting with others and responding to inquiries, by telephone, in person

or electronically- Results-oriented with an ability to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance
