**Join Our Team**:
We’re on the lookout for a dependable and flexible Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our online store, ensuring our unique inventory is perfectly showcased and our orders are expertly prepared for shipment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Crafting and posting captivating product descriptions on our website
- Facilitating online transactions smoothly
- Preparing orders diligently for shipment

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a must
- Adept at navigating social networks and Shopify
- Tech-savvy with a knack for picking up new tools quickly
- Prior experience in retail and e-commerce environments
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Passion or knowledge in any of our diverse product categories is a great plus

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste du service à la clientèle fiable et flexible pour se joindre à notre équipe. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre boutique en ligne, en veillant à ce que notre inventaire unique soit parfaitement mis en valeur et que nos commandes soient préparées de manière experte pour être expédiées.

**Vos responsabilités**
- Rédiger et publier des descriptions de produits captivantes sur notre site web
- Faciliter les transactions en ligne
- Préparer les commandes avec diligence en vue de leur expédition

**Qualités requises**:

- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable.
- Adepte de la navigation sur les réseaux sociaux et sur Shopify
- Connaissance de la technologie et aptitude à assimiler rapidement de nouveaux outils.
- Expérience préalable dans des environnements de vente au détail et de commerce électronique
- Capacité physique à soulever au moins 25 livres
- La passion ou la connaissance de l'une de nos diverses catégories de produits est un atout majeur.
