For Health’s Sake is a Multidisciplinary Health 5 star Clinic. We have two locations, 1 in Leslieville and 1 in Downtown Toronto. We are currently looking to add a client care representative to our beautiful Downtown location (Queen St West and Spadina).

At our Clinic we have Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Osteopath and Psychotherapy.

We are looking for a smart, intelligent, friendly, and hardworking person to help continue our growth. We need someone who is hands on, solution oriented, and ultimately able to deliver our daily tasks.

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications;**

*Previous experience in a multidisciplinary health clinic is a strong asset.
Professional, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome. Strong administrative skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Outgoing with strong sales skills. Willingness to take initiative to pitch in when needed. Proficient with technology, quick learner when it comes to new computer systems (experience with Jane app an asset).

**About the Role**:
We are looking for 1 part time receptionist to work Monday-Friday 5:00pm-8:15pm and Saturdays 10-3pm.

**Responsibilities
- Including but not limited to;**
- Opening and/or closing of the clinic
- Greeting and assisting clients with bookings and re-arranging appointments
- Completing daily billing and reconciling reports
- Direct billing to insurance companies via TelusHealth platform
- Answering phones and providing outbound calls as needed
- Managing practitioner schedules
- Creating content for the social media platforms and quarterly newsletter
- Complete daily task list
- Light cleaning duties in clinic (including laundry) and putting glassware in dishwasher
