Score Promotions is looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join our team.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Your Role**

The People and Culture Specialist will report to the CEO & VP. You will have a strong hands-on approach and be a strategic partner to develop and execute HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, health and safety, employee relations, benefits and compensation, as well as HR compliance.

**Details of the role include**:

- Talent Acquisition. Managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Company Events. Managing and executing all events for staff such as holiday parties and events.
- Advisory & Communication. Advising executives how to minimize risk on regarding legal issues. Communicating all corporate communication as it relates to HR.
- Policy Development. Developing and/or updating policies and procedures and interpreting HR legislation.
- Benefits and Compensation. Managing Group Benefits and assisting staff with answering questions and resolving issues.
- Learning & Development. Develop or enhance training programs that promote continuous learning and support the team’s objectives.
- Health and Safety. Acting as Management Representative on the JHSC and review program with executives to ensure safety of staff and legislative requirements.
