**The Opportunity**:

CIS provides foreign workers to meet our clients' short and long term projects and operations. We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Sales team as an Immigration Sales Specialist.

**This role provides the opportunity to**:
Work with a collaborative team that supports the efforts of the business by providing immigration solutions to foreign nationals in and out of Canada looking for Work Visas, Student Visas, Permanent Residency etc.

Build a foundation for long-term career growth in a growing, entrepreneurial professional services firm.

**Role Duties**:

- Assessing Client needs via telephonic, video or in-person meetings.
- To collect information pertaining to an individual's immigration history, work experience and education.
- Market services to clients in Canada, India, China, Vietnam, Philippines etc.
- Participate in local associations and networking events to solidify CIS’ presence in the local business community
- Liaising with in-house Immigration Consultants for legal advice for case complications.
- Preparation of Retainer Agreements and invoices.
- Ensuring all data and documentation is entered and collected into our CRM system.
- Coming up with new sales strategies to increase the volume of clientele

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience in consulting with individuals to sell services
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Detail oriented and the ability to work efficiently independently with little to no supervision
- Ability to use software for Client Relationship Management (CRM), Adobe, Microsoft Office purposes

There will be an additional commission structure that will be in place to help the RIGHT CANDIDATE make $20,000 to $50,000 on top of the base salary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
