Technology Enabled Education Project Coordinator

**Summary**

The Technology Enabled Education (TEE) Program is comprised of the following departments: Health Information and Knowledge Mobilization, Digital Education, and the Simulation Programs. The main responsibilities of the Technology Enabled Education Project Coordinator are to coordinate and administer activities and programs and lead projects for the TEE Program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the smooth running of TEE and Digital Education activities (e.g., triage, manage, and coordinate projects for the program). Develop and refine data collection tools as required, conduct simple analysis, and compile quarterly/annual reports with results, including graphs and charts.
- Coordinate and lead large complex projects (e.g., LMS implementation, digital literacy, work violence prevention, etc.) for the Program across the network with demonstrated superior organizational skills, initiative, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and co-create budgets as appropriate.
- Function as the representative and liaison for the program director/managers and act as a key resource person for internal and external inquiries and the main contact person for troubleshooting of any administrative and operational issues, ensuring programming is running smoothly.
- Manage project timelines to ensure deliverables are met, following up with content experts, creating content independently if necessary to meet deadlines.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify the overall project map with project scope, objectives, milestones, deadlines.
- As assigned, coordinate aspects of TEE programs. The success and reputation of the program are highly contingent upon the ability of this individual to be tactful, diplomatic, decisive, and independent in their role.
- Develop and communicate committee meeting agendas that are responsive to program and project needs and draft follow-up reports as necessary.
- Order supplies (Procurement) and manage billing procedures and tracking and coordination of accounts receivable and payable functions.
- Suggest, develop, and implement new strategies/initiatives/policies to improve the delivery of programs/activities.
- Liaise with various hospital departments to exchange information and resolve issues.
- Measure project performance and escalate to the director/Operations lead as appropriate.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including the delivery of project objectives and any associated reports.
- Create and independently manage effective databases for tracking metrics, evaluations, and any pertinent scholarly data.
- Verify and maintain electronic database records for all data collection, analysis, and invoices/payments/financial transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Post-secondary Diploma in a relevant field (project coordination or administration); previous project management experience or senior administrative experience in the health care field.
- Must have 3-5 years of recent related experience in a healthcare environment.
- Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel), database creation, and management.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, students, community partners, and the general public.
- Excellent initiative, decision-making/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and identify relevant support for the resolution of issues in day-to-day operations.
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Present an excellent attendance record and punctuality.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical and scientific terminology preferred.
- Highly organized with efficient time management skills.
