**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage the HUBs, primarily SharePoint sites, ensuring that it is updated regularly with accurate and relevant information within a coherent structure.
- Guide the SMEs, Technical Enablement Manager, Sales Enablement Specialist, and other stakeholders to develop, review, update training materials, and ensure consistency and quality in training content creation and updates.
- Utilize project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute content-related initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Actively participate in discussions with the Readiness Team to shape the future direction of the team and identify opportunities to enhance the impact on colleagues, partners, and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Knowledge Content Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or IT-related field.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably with experience in SharePoint. Willingness to learn and adapt to the SharePoint environment if not already proficient.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- Desire and ability to train and provide support to SMEs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Fluency in English
- Location in North America, preferably near our offices in Montreal or Austin
