Our Marketing teams are obsessed with propelling our Brands into the future, understanding the customers’ journey, behavior and building the next story;

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, as the Marketing Content Supervisor, you are part of a team responsible for bringing the brand vision to life through compelling content that propels our brand voice into the future. You accomplish this by creating alignment and focus for content creation and purposeful use of content to support the overarching brand vision. You will be responsible for the planning and developing of captivating content that enhances our customers’ experience both online and in store as well as optimize content needs and usage according to channel and evaluate content performance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to determine quantitative and qualitative objectives for quarterly content needs;
- Support in the annual and long-term communication and content strategy plans;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish a content calendar & monthly supporting stories that aligned with storytelling opportunities, topical needs, buying cycle, and customer segment/cycle;
- Lead, compile & assess asset requirements for print and digital execution;
- Evaluate and measure effectiveness of overall content including setting key performance indicators, monitoring statistics, feedback and participation;
- Owner of cross-channel content hub.
**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**
- University degree in Marketing or related field;
- Minimum 3 years experience in content marketing, content development;
- Bilingual, French and English - written and spoken.
