- Plan daily routes and manage schedules
- Adjust routes to account for changes in donors, volume of donations, and access of pickup sites.

Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of operations on a larger scale
- Identify challenges presented in current operations processes and policies and work to adjust them
- Develop and employ data collection and analysis processes to allow for continuous improvement

Provide supervision and support to the driver’s to ensure their success
- Ensure they have sufficient stock of all necessary equipment and supplies
- Monitor routes and check in with drivers daily
- Facilitate regular meetings with drivers

**Salary**: From $28.10 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
