Le chef du personnel est un champion de la culture dans la succursale; il fournit un soutien aux associés, informe sur une vaste gamme de fonctions administratives et de conformité, et soutient la mise en œuvre et le succès continu de nos processus d’intégration en libre-service.

1. Agir à titre de champion culturel dans la succursale pour s’assurer que toutes les célébrations et les événements organisés sont coordonnés (ex. événements du CAF, célébrations du programme de reconnaissance, événements de sensibilisation culturelle, célébrations des Fêtes, comité de bienfaisance, etc.). S’assurer que tous les tableaux de communication sont à jour avec tous les renseignements sur les programmes de ressources humaines, les avantages et les ressources de soutien. 2. Défendre l’initiative « Voici la place », la Promesse aux associés et prendre part aux activités de reconnaissance. Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les questions relatives à la Porte ouverte et informer les associés sur les directives, les pratiques et les programmes, ainsi que sur les avantages sociaux et la paie. 3. Coanimer les séances d’orientation; fournir du soutien pour organiser les activités de débats-rencontres et de SEA, afin de s’assurer que les associés ont l’occasion d’assister à des réunions et de répondre à des sondages. 4. Coordonner la planification du recrutement pour les saisons clés avec l’équipe de direction en surveillant les lignes directrices relatives aux effectifs; communiquer toutes les activités de réinscription aux avantages sociaux et diriger les associés vers le Centre des avantages sociaux de Walmart pour obtenir des réponses à leurs questions et du soutien. 5. Veiller à ce que les associés s’inscrivent au dépôt direct de Paperless Pay le jour de l’orientation; offrir son soutien à la direction en surveillant et en examinant les rapports de présence. Effectuer des appels de suivi pour les absences signalées et aider à appeler les associés afin de trouver du personnel suffisant pour les quarts de travail critiques définis par l’équipe de direction. 6. Demander un relevé d’emploi pour les associés en congé autorisé et au début de la perte de revenus. Aider les associés à effectuer des modifications à l’horodateur, aux processus de GPP et aux tâches libre-service, au besoin. 7. Examiner et surveiller les rapports d’exception de GPP pour identifier et fournir à la direction de l’information concernant les associés qui ne prennent pas de pause-repas, qui pointent en retard ou qui partent plus tôt, qui font régulièrement des erreurs de pointage ou qui travaillent de longs quarts pour le suivi de la direction; imprimer les horaires hebdomadaires approuvés et s’assurer qu’ils sont affichés. Classer les horaires terminés dans le dossier de 52 semaines; coordonner la formation des nouveaux associés et s’assurer que les associés qui changent de poste suivent la formation requise. Aider le gérant de succursale à planifier et à inscrire les membres de la direction aux programmes de formation requis. 8. Donner de la formation et diriger les activités quotidiennes du personnel de soutien au bureau du personnel.
