**Résumé**

Le gestionnaire de site est responsable de la supervision de son lieu de camp désigné et de son équipe. Ce rôle sert de principal point de contact pour les parents et le personnel, avec un accent principal sur la satisfaction des campeurs. Le gestionnaire de site s'engage à maintenir le fonctionnement sans faille du camp et est activement impliqué dans les préparatifs pré-camp, la coordination des programmes et la gestion du personnel.

**Lieu : Plusieurs endroits (Ottawa, Brossard, Ahuntsic, RDP, St-Léonard, Laval, Pierrefonds, Kirkland, Baie-D'Urfé et Île-Bizard)**

**Heures : Du lundi au vendredi de 7h00 à 15h00 OU de 10h00 à 18h00**

**Salaire : 18,15 $ à 22,15 $ - basé sur l'expérience et la taille du lieu**

**Responsabilités**
- **Hors saison**:_
- Participer aux formations obligatoires en gestion en mai (virtuelles)
- Assister à la retraite annuelle obligatoire début juin.
- Aider à planifier et organiser la programmation et l'ordonnancement du camp.
- Participer activement aux événements de recrutement pour attirer le personnel.
- Contribuer aux préparatifs pré-camp pour assurer une saison de camp réussie.

- Gérer et guider le personnel du camp.
- Effectuer des évaluations du personnel et fournir des commentaires constructifs.
- Remplir toute la documentation et les rapports nécessaires, opérationnels et RH.
- Établir et maintenir un calendrier quotidien.
- Maintenir une communication régulière avec le directeur régional pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du camp.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de support client pour gérer les paiements.
- Superviser la gestion hebdomadaire des stocks sur le lieu du camp.
- Signaler rapidement tout problème ou incident au directeur régional.
- Offrir un service client de premier ordre en étant le principal point de contact pour les parents, en traitant les préoccupations et en répondant aux demandes de renseignements.
- Assurer un environnement sûr pour le personnel et les campeurs.
- Tenir des réunions hebdomadaires du personnel pour maintenir une communication efficace.
- Veiller à la propreté et à l'organisation du lieu du camp.
- Approuver les feuilles de temps des employés.
- Superviser et superviser les activités quotidiennes du camp.
- Fournir les ressources et le soutien nécessaires aux conseillers de camp tout au long de la journée.

**Qualifications**
- Expérience en gestion (de préférence en camp)
- Expérience en gestion de classe avec un jeune public (obligatoire)
- Maîtrise des compétences informatiques, y compris Google Drive.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, gestion et leadership.
- Bilingue en anglais et en français.
- La possession d'un permis de conduire valide est considérée comme un atout.

**Summary**

The Location Manager is responsible for overseeing their designated camp location and its team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for parents and staff, with a primary focus on ensuring the satisfaction of campers. The Location Manager is committed to maintaining the seamless operation of the camp and is actively involved in pre-camp preparations, program coordination, and staff management.

**Location**:Multiple Locations (Ottawa, Brossard, Ahuntsic, RDP, St-Léonard, Laval, Pierrefonds, Kirkland, Baie-D'Urfé and Ile-Bizard)**

**Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 10:00 am to 6:00 pm**

**Salary: $18.15 to $22.15 - based on experience and size of location**

**Responsibilities**

- Participate in mandatory management trainings in May (virtual)
- Attend the mandatory yearly retreat in early june.
- Assist in planning and organizing camp programming and scheduling.
- Actively engage in recruitment events to attract staff.
- Contribute to pre-camp preparations to ensure a successful camp season.

- Manage and provide guidance to camp staff.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Fill out all required paperwork and reports, Operational and HR.
- Establish and maintain a daily schedule.
- Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager to ensure the camp operates smoothly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to manage payments.
- Oversee weekly inventory management at the camp location.
- Report any concerns or incidents to the Regional Manager promptly.
