Alta Material Handling is seeking a full-time **Rental Coordinator** for our **Montreal, QC **location.

**Responsibilities**
- To coordinate the activities rental.
- Position requires a lot of dedication, problem solving skills, ability to work in team, ability to learn quickly, ability to follow instructions and show initiative, great customer service skills, attention to details and is fast paced
- Arrange equipment transfers and logistics.
- Manage fleet availability, utilization and returns.
- Manage repair and maintenance of rental fleet.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Take customer calls for rental department Montreal and support Woodbridge
- Provide customers with expert advice on equipment
- Close rental deals from inbound inquiries and outbound telemarketing calls
- Work in tandem with rental team, and with other departments (service, sales, and parts) to prep trucks and deliver in a timely fashion to customers.
- Support outside sales force
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Incorporate YIT’s Guiding Principles into daily activities.
- General support for heads of departments
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time.
- Other tasks as necessary, role may change over time depending on departmental changes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bilingual French and English (mandatory)**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to identify immediate concerns providing quick and effective responses

**Responsabilités**
- Coordonner les activités de location.
