**Fever Projects** is a quickly-growing production company with teams around the world. We work with theater technicians, artists, wardrobe technicians, FOH staff, and more to bring our highly technical, touring, immersive attractions to life.

**Overview**:
This role is ideal for a Live Events Front of House professional who is interested in a hybrid remote & touring role. You will collaborate with other members of the FOH team, both remotely and frequently traveling to support the touring experiences. If you love to coordinate all aspects of food, beverage, and retail for live productions, work with multiple teams and vendors at a time, and have a highly attuned eye for details, this role is for you.

**General Expectations**:

- Primarily remote, but with frequent travel required to support the touring teams.
- You will report to the Director of Food Beverage and Retail, and collaborate with FOH Managers on each tour. You will also collaborate with the Strategic Lead - Food and Beverage Operations, and other members of the Fever Projects team.
- Work schedule requires flexibility based on the needs of the shows, and working between different time zones.

**Job-Specific Tasks & Requirements**:

- Coordinate the food, beverage & retail aspects of the experiences.
- Communicate food, beverage & retail updates with different departments within the organization.
- Assist in advancing & mobilizing the setup & tear down of each tour.
- Maintain and organize depart documents, files, and drives.
- Assist with reporting & data collection.
- Help manage vendor relationships.
- Proficient with google sheets, word, and slides.
- Extremely organized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in FOH in a theatrical setting.
- Experience leading a team, or as a manager, es
- Previous touring experience and coordinating FOH elements of set up and tear down.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Legally permitted to work and travel internationally and hold a valid passport, without any legal restrictions. Fever Projects will provide work visas as needed.

- Verification of the right to work in the United States, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one's identity and work authorization.
