We are currently looking for a **Residential Accounting Administrator **to join out team. You must have some Real Estate Industry knowledge to be considered. If you feel this is the perfect opportunity for you and have the experience, qualifications & skills listed below WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM

**Responsibilities would include**:

- Supervision and review all residential cash receipts and deposits
- Administer cash receipts for other entities in the Sorbara Group of Companies
- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable reports, monthly vacancy loss reports, weekly availability reports
- Lease administration including setting up new leases, running monthly rent rolls, move in move out, adjustment to tenant statements, review of all tenant billings and recoveries
- G/L reconciliations to the sub ledger: cash, accounts receivable, inter-company balances, prepaid expenses
- Reconcile tenant statements. Monitor banking deposits and daily balances.
- Monitor operational expenses monthly by performing variance analysis of actuals to budget
- General Filing
- Weekly bank runs as required
- Special Projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Strong system skills (Newstar,Excel, and Word) is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capable of prioritizing work to meet operational timelines with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results oriented, flexible and creative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
