**Accounting Clerk**

We are currently seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our current office staff in the Hwy 50 and Hwy 7 area - Woodbridge

**Position Description**

As a member of the company’s accounting department, you will be responsible for assisting with both clerical and administrative tasks.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Invoicing and Accounts Payable Posting
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
- Weekly mailing of customer invoices
- Making bank deposits (must have own vehicle)

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
- Knowledge of Sage Business Vision an asset.
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of our team

$50K - $55K/ year to start plus benefits after 1 month, 2 weeks vacation
- Must have their own vehicle to be able and do bank deposits* your fuel cost will be covered by the company.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
