Client Support Assocate

**What does a Client Support Associate do at Fiserv?**

**What you will do**:

- Build and maintain partnerships with the Relationship Managers, Client Service Advisors, and other client support teams to drive operational excellence and achieve the service expectations of the Clients.
- Individual will function as a liaison between Fiserv and its clients/customers, working to resolve problems and ensure services and solutions are delivered as expected adhering to established SLA's.
- May be asked to service at risk merchants through proactive and reactive retention program adhering to established SLA's.
- May be asked to support replacement requests that come in through Client Services and to see them through from start to finish.
- Participate in discussions and performs testing for projects related to POS deployment, manage onsite install requests, and incident tracking.

**What you will need to have**:

- High school graduate/GED
- 2+ years industry experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Office
- Bilingual
- English and French
