We are seeking a Specialty Insurance Associate to join our Benefit Solutions team in Mississauga.

Full-time - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

The Specialty Insurance Associate supports the administrative requirements in the servicing of specialty insurance and non-insured products by delivering superior service and support for clients and internal partners.

**The Specialty Insurance Associate will**:

- Perform defined policy administration tasks including producing monthly remittance reports to the insurance and service providers
- Answer inquiries and provides accurate information about insurance products
- Respond to information requests and follows established protocols
- Process administrative requests according to established procedures and policies and submits as required for approval
- Prepare and review documentation according to guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
- Assist in analyzing data and information to help provide insights and recommendations
- Support the business development of specialty insurance and non-insured products
- Assist in vendor communication and relationship management
- Resolve escalation issues as required
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

**T**o be successful **as a** **Specialty Insurance Associate**, you will need**:

- To be willing to obtain your LLQP
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to work in cross-functional teams
- The ability to work under pressure balancing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
- Completion of post-secondary education
**- 2+ years of insurance industry experience
- LLQP
