**We are looking for an inspiring HR Leader who **
Is optimistic, curious, and collaborative with the ability to organize and prioritize workload. Reporting directly to the VP of People & Culture for North America, you will form part of our regional HR leadership team and contribute to blending performance & integrity, with ambition & humility, responsibility & openness, we are proud that our people leave a mark on what they do. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full end to end responsibility of all aspects of HR within your designated business division
- Building strong, personable and collaborative relationships with your clients, advising on best practice HR and value adding HR initiatives to support their organizational development
- Providing advice and coaching on key HR processes including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and Performance Management
- Develop people and teams that deliver outstanding performance
- Strengthen a results-orientated culture
- Question and challenge the status quo, find new ways to drive employee engagement.

**What you will bring**:
- Passion for the employee experience through organizational effectiveness
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in HR; ideally with 5+ years of proven HR leadership
- Complete understanding of Canadian laws
- Understanding and experience with the Canadian immigration process
- Thought leadership with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor
- Strong reliance on data driven decision making
