JOB DESCRIPTION:
THE ROLE:
The Beauty Team is looking for a select driven, dynamic, on-trend and responsible go-getter to join our INNBEAUTY PROJECT team

The Account Executive position is a full time position based in the Greater Toronto Area and South Western Ontario and will be responsible for managing and nurturing Sephora partnerships within this territory.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- 4 days in store and one office/administrative day.
- Drive store sales within territory to meet both personal sales goals, as well as territory goals
- Educate Sephora store teams on INNBEAUTY PROJECT skincare and Brand Story
- Complete successful, in-store trainings on focus products (new launches and existing product collections) maintaining the education standards set forth by Retailer.
- Fully understand and follow Sephora's business model and culture
- Plan and execute in-store trainings and special events to support brand launches and marketing calendar
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel to maximize brand partnerships and build brand ?love'
- Manage inventory at store level in accordance with Sephora's operational procedures, obtaining and acting on assortment cycle count reporting when necessary
- Assist retail doors in maintaining updated, approved Plan-O-Grams and key merchandising standards.
- Partner with Retail Store Leadership to develop strategies to increase sell through, including, but not limited to, sales events and training initiatives.
- Identify and communicate merchandising and assortment opportunities to Ops Team
- Manage and adhere to expense budgets, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of expense reports
- Strategically build store visit and events calendar via Sephora's booking system
- Review and analyze weekly sales reports to ensure targets are met
- Help to hire and maintain productive freelance team to maximize sales
- Ensure timely submission of weekly recaps and any operational reporting needed
- Create and maintain a balanced schedule of support and education visits to stores based on store volume, education opportunities and event timeframes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Education requirements: Undergraduate degree preferred
- Participate in Seasonal/Annual Retailer Headquarter Education and Sales Events as opportunity arises.
- Enthusiastic mentor and trainer
- Charismatic with strong negotiation skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment
- SEPHORA experience preferred
- This position requires work on weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- This position may require some domestic travel
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, good driving record and required auto insurance policy
- Must sign a contract including non -compete but allowing strictly personal freelance work with a personal makeup/skincare kit.
