Job Title: Front Desk and Client Experience Expert
Summary
As a Front Desk and Client Experience Expert at Gee Beauty, your primary role is to ensure the efficient and customer-focused operation of the front desk. This position requires an understanding and embodiment of Gee Beauty's CORE principles, emphasizing human connection, communication, and trust. Upholding Gee Beauty presentation standards daily is crucial, setting a positive and organized tone for each day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Studio and Front Desk Management:
- Oversee daily functions of the front desk and studio flow.
- Maintain studio and front desk cleanliness and organization, assisting providers with room flips and general cleaning.
- Ensure proper client check-in and check-out procedures, complete future bookings, and update client files.
- Address all client complaints promptly and appropriately.
- Respond to voicemails and messages throughout the day.
- Monitor the schedule for service providers, ensuring efficiency and communicating any delays to clients.
- Foster a positive and fun studio morale.
Administration:
- Organize the daily schedule efficiently.
- Attend all required meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
- Document any issues and communicate with the Manager or Leadership.
Operations:
- Utilize the POS system to track sales and team performance continuously.
- Ensure operating standards are in place.
- Identify and optimize "peak hours" to maximize sales and store growth.
Communication:
- Refresh the team on current promotions regularly.
- Ensure all providers are informed when their clients have arrived.
- Direct team attention to the brand appropriately, redirecting conversations to product and brand knowledge.
Client Experience:
- Greet each client at the door and attend to them promptly.
- Answer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure clients are acknowledged, addressed, and comfortable before services.
- Attend to walk-ins, guiding them appropriately in terms of inquiries.
- Prioritize the client, providing superior customer service, consultations, and treatments.
- Use company tools and resources to build client loyalty and drive sales.
- Lead client service interactions with kindness, gratitude, inclusivity, warmth, knowledge, and trust.
- Actively model Gee Beauty CORE values to clients (trust, inclusivity, communication, human connection).
Sales:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered, enabling you to provide informed recommendations.
- Skillfully address clients' concerns or objections, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
- Adjust sales strategies based on client interactions and market trends.
- Approach sales situations with assurance and conviction, instilling trust in clients.
- Effectively guide clients through the decision-making process, closing sales with confidence.
- Sales are a requirement for the role, based on monthly targets and monthly bonus opportunities.
- Position sales through education to clients, focusing on making empowered decisions to purchase result-driven, expert-recommended products.
General:
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Uphold all studio policies and procedures.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Always maintain professionalism.

Salary Range
$40,000 to $45,000
