Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Manager to

lead our team and drive the strategic growth of our commercial and residential divisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership to the commercial and residential divisions, ensuring

maximize revenue opportunities.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within

the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers,

and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company

policies.
- Monitor financial performance and budgets, and take proactive measures to

achieve targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, promoting professional development

and employee engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related

field (Master's degree preferred).
- years of experience in a senior management role within the electrical contracting

industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial and residential

projects of varying scales and complexities.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management,

budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve

common goals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical

contracting operations.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and client

satisfaction.
