**What will you do?**
Are you interested in working for an industry leader who is going through another growth period? If so, we have an opportunity for an Event Service Coordinator who will support the planning, coordination, and execution of our existing wide range of North American events ranging from small regional meetings and leadership retreats, new office location grand openings to our annual international conference for up to 250 people. Reporting to the Director of Partner Services, they will also work to build even more engaging, elevating, and successful events into our annual calendar.
Your role will cover the following areas:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand the purpose, goals, and target audience of each event from both Home Office and franchisees perspectives.
- Research, book, liaise and manage venues, vendors, rentals, equipment, and IT logistics.
- Manage contract documentation.
- Oversee the organization of any required permits, permissions, or insurance for events.
- Coordinate event project planning meetings, ensuring action plans with milestones and deadlines are in place and executed, as well as provide regular updates.
- Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event deliverables are achieved.
- Maintain event budget and ensure costs remain within budget, including understanding and following sign-off procedures and ensuring payments are made on time.
- Produce event agenda in conjunction with event project team.
- Act as liaison with our Marketing team regarding brand materials and supplies required at each event.
- Act as liaison with external event planning specialists as appropriate/required.
- Management of guest speakers needs before and during events or ensure delegated to appropriate individual.
- Act as event on-site liaison where appropriate and necessary serving as primary point of contact, troubleshooting, being visible to delegate for queries and proactively identifying and solving or escalating operational challenges.
- Carrying out on-site pre-event set up and post-event tear down where appropriate.
- Undertake post event feedback collection and produce summary for discussion with event planning team, including ROI.
- Respond promptly, professionally, effectively, and efficiently to internal and external requests.
- Perform ad-hoc duties at events as required to ensure a successful event takes place.
- Produce, maintain, and communicate an annual events calendar.
- Assist with the development of additional events for annual event calendar.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per hour
