**Responsibilities**:

- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions, maintaining accuracy and accountability at all times.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Uphold company standards for speed of service, order accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

- Assist with restocking inventory and ensure proper rotation of products to maintain freshness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing feedback, sharing ideas, and addressing any concerns that arise.
- Embrace ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working at Tim Hortons or a similar quick-service restaurant is required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as needed.
- Food safety certification is an asset.
