Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de BLC Tech, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne Groupe Financier.

Reporting to the Manager, Output Services, the Output Analyst will contribute to the efficiencies of overseeing Output tasks through reconciliation and reporting, process improvements and technical knowhow in generating, troubleshooting and movement of Output files.

**Responsabilités**:
Élaborer et produire régulièrement des rapports et des paramètres en lien avec la gestion des extrants.

Concevoir, élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des outils simplifiés pour soutenir le traitement quotidien des extrants, et tenir à jour les outils et systèmes actuels pour garantir un rendement optimal.

Produire et fournir une documentation complète et exacte des exigences en matière de changements et d'améliorations apportés aux extrants en suivant la méthodologie établie, et obtenir l'adhésion et les approbations nécessaires.

Agir à titre d'expert en la matière et de point de contact pour les demandes d'information sur les différents aspects de la génération et du rapprochement des extrants, y compris en assumant la responsabilité de la résolution des problèmes liés aux extrants.

Analyser les données pour relever les améliorations et problèmes potentiels liés à l'efficacité du traitement des extrants.

Effectuer une analyse en profondeur des problèmes en matière d'extrants, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, une enquête sur les comptes, les transactions et la configuration du système pour déterminer la cause fondamentale. Travailler avec la ligne d'affaires et Technologie afin de résoudre les problèmes.

Appuyer les enquêtes sur les problèmes liés aux extrants en fournissant des informations supplémentaires.

Communiquer avec le service du fournisseur, le cas échéant, pour résoudre des problèmes techniques.

Établir ou rajuster le traitement des extrants pour faire l'équilibre entre la capacité du système et les ressources disponibles.

Représenter l'équipe des extrants sur les projets qui influenceront les processus liés aux extrants.

Créer un plan d'EAU professionnel contenant tous les renseignements pertinents relatifs au cycle, présenter le document achevé à l'équipe du projet pour obtenir l'adhésion nécessaire, puis solliciter l'approbation des parties prenantes.

Créer des scénarios de test EAU conformément au protocole établi et avec une traçabilité complète vers les documents sur les besoins opérationnels et les spécifications fonctionnelles pour garantir une couverture des tests appropriée et exhaustive. Établir rigoureusement la priorité des risques de chaque scénario d'essai en utilisant les lignes directrices en vigueur.

Relever, obtenir, former (le cas échéant) et superviser les ressources opérationnelles et d'EAU pour garantir une gestion adéquate de la couverture et de l'échéancier pendant le cycle de test.

Planifier, préparer et animer les rencontres sur l'état des EAU et l'examen des problèmes. Cela inclut la création et la gestion du journal des problèmes.

Fournir des mises à jour sur l'avancement des travaux précises, professionnelles et opportunes aux parties prenantes du projet.

Signaler les risques dès qu'ils sont cernés et formuler des recommandations précises pour les options d'atténuation des risques ou de reprise.

Fournir du soutien à la mise en oeuvre sur place aux unités opérationnelles touchées quand il le faut.

Suivre le protocole de gestion et de suivi des problèmes établi en tout temps.

Donner de la rétroaction pendant la clôture du projet sur les leçons apprises et proposer des possibilités d'amélioration pour les initiatives futures.
