Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions and improving the overall product experience. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, utilizing your expertise in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools to uncover insights, drive experimentation, and optimize key metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, estimate impact, prioritize focus, implement and analyze tests.- Define key business metrics for experimentation and run large-scale experiments that deliver impactful results to the business.- Create dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau to measure the impact of experiments and monitor the health of the business.- Perform deep dive analysis to explain what happened and recommend improvement opportunities.- Be the resident expert on available data sets and data tools to enhance the product experience using data insights.- Evangelize and drive data-driven business decisions and actions through compelling stories and stakeholder-relevant communications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in data analytics, ideally in partnership with Product teams.-
- Proficiency in SQL, with a strong ability to work with large data sets (e.g., Financial, Clickstream) in a Big Data environment.- Strong familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau preferred).- Ability to translate data-driven learnings and statistical models into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to key stakeholders.- Experience working with Experimentation Platforms (e.g., Optimizely) is preferred.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics.- Familiarity with Experimentation Platforms (e.g., Optimizely) preferred.
