**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Work with business in an agile way to help define business value creating use cases leveraging enterprise performance analytics. Understand the business needs, proactively conduct exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify product opportunities and discover product insights.
- Contribute to the vision of the data products and identify enterprise Performance requirements to generate valuable insights to the business.
- Prioritize data management and analytics requirements to deliver scalable capabilities for data and analytics product development.
- Develop and manage product backlog and prioritize based on key business value, arbitrating among different needs and priorities.
- Define, analyze, and design large complex data to meet functional business requirements.
- Support the defining of key business indicators, their data sources and metrics and design data analytics capabilities to make available for insights.
- Define and drive adherence to data governance policies and standards to ensure quality, accuracy, and security of data needs.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of business experience in a related field and preferably within the CPG industry
- Demonstrated experience in BI, Analytics, Data Integration or similar Data products
- Ability to rapidly understand business requirements, communicate business expectations to cross-functional development teams, document data findings that can be easily understood, structured, and detailed oriented profile
- Experience with Product and Agile Management methodology
- User Experience / Design Thinking / Data Visualization
- Experience with data technologies including Azure, Databricks, Informatica, Stone branch, Snowflake, Power BI
- Experience on setting and keeping a single source of truth data environment for the organization, to support data insight and decision making through data
- Knowledge in process automation, machine learning and artificial practices a Plus
- Business sense when discussing demands with functions and technical knowledge when communicating with the squad.
- Knowledgeable about user experience and value journey.
