**Job Summary**

Thryv is looking to hire a Strategic Partnership Specialist responsible for generating and developing strategic partnerships on a national and/or global scale.

Thryv provides local business automation software along with digital and print marketing solutions to more than 400,000 local businesses, helping them compete and win in today’s on-demand economy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Works directly with partners at both corporate levels and franchise owners to grow an understanding of Thryv SaaS through trainings, webinars, in person meetings, etc.
- Recruits, develops, and/or manages strategic partnerships and opportunity pipelines, ensuring retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of accounts. Evangelizes company products and helps partners understand how to qualify a lead, schedule a demo, and follow up on pipeline.
- Develops and supports the strategic business plan for the success of the alliance and helps drive sales results for project. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations.
- Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the partnership. Works toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
- Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Industry knowledge with an understanding of best practices and processes relating to sales and training along with the ability to learn complex business requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; large group presentation skills
- Knowledge of training forums with the ability to facilitate trainings in either remote or in person settings.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport, develop, and influence others.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to provide timely and continuous feedback, development opportunity, and account support.
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
- Travel required 25-50% of time
- 2 years related experience require

**Company Qualifications**
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
- Must be able to drive and own a motor vehicle
