Experior Financial Group Inc is looking for two full-time Compliance Officers.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing processes to mitigate risk related items
- Develop, implement, and manage the Company's compliance program.
- Coordinate with Regulators to ensure policies are up to date, and maintained
- Develop and write all Company compliance policies and communications.
- Schedule required trainings for Agents and Head Office Staff

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Compliance and/or in the Financial Services Industry
- Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Follow established guidelines/procedures
- Getting things done and taking ownership of your work
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Have good problem-solving skills
- The ability and willingness to learn new programs quickly
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Office365
- Takes initiative and is willing to find the answer
- Positive attitude and ability to accept constructive criticism
- Works well under pressure and is adaptable to change
- French and/or Spanish are an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
