Through collaboration and consultation with stakeholders, this position is responsible for influencing culture change through the continual representation of the quality management body of knowledge in strategic program development, influencing change management approaches in the development and implementation of new programs and improvement initiatives, and for facilitating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives related to service improvement, patient safety and accreditation standards. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with administrative and clinical leaders at the site, sector and zone levels. Specific job duties vary by site assignment and geographic location.

**Required Qualifications**:

5 years' experience in healthcare or related sectors. Some experience and involvement with QI initiatives. In-depth knowledge - expert-level QI toolkit; the body of knowledge, process skills, and tools. Documented evidence of formal training in QI.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Some quality improvement (QI) related experience. Master’s degree in a health-related field (such as social work, psychology etc.) or business.
