Key Responsibilities:

Assessing the costs and time required for various repairs. Greeting customers and understanding their requirements Responding to customer inquiries, whether in person or via phone Creating repair estimates by considering the costs of materials, supplies, and labor. Drafting repair orders by detailing the vehicle's issues or symptoms. Connecting customers with the appropriate automotive technician Test-driving vehicles to ensure repairs meet customer expectations. Maintaining automotive records by documenting issues and corrective measures

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dealership setting as an automotive Service Advisor is essential.
- Familiarity with CDK is advantageous.
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to set and meet targeted objectives
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain composed in challenging customer interactions
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with technology
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
