**Position**: Administrative Assistant

**Position Type**: Part-Time Contract

**Reports to**: Founder, Leadership Team

**Location**: Hybrid (remote with some onsite around Victoria, BC, required)

**Hours**: 10-15 hrs/week to start, expanding to 35 hrs a week after the probationary period.

**Compensation**: $25-30/hr, depending on experience

Our team of 15+ staff provides a complete range of on-site, online, and studio-based multimedia services to support Indigenous leaders, community members, and organizations in meeting their objectives. **What you’ll do**:

- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Manage and organize the Founder’s inbox, calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings to maximize Founder’s time and align with Remarkable Commuication’s objectives.
- **Communication and Correspondence Oversight**:

- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, events, and business engagements.
- **Information and Data Management**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data for reports and presentations.
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion.
- Misc web research and administrative duties as needed.
- Provide a report of task status at EOD each business day
- **Travel and Office Logistics**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring alignment with Founder’s preferences and schedule.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and expense reports.
- **Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up**:

- Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate logistics for executive-level meetings, board meetings, and other high-level events.
