**Seeking a Dynamic Front Desk Clinic Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Effectively manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal patient flow and minimizing wait times.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information, utilizing electronic health systems efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage patient referrals, collaborating with other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Verify insurance information, bill insurance, collect copayments, and assist patients with billing and financial inquiries.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and waiting room.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with different billing portals, as well as QuickBooks will be a huge asset.
- Working knowledge HCAI, MVA treatment plans, WSIB POCs/treatment protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, displaying exceptional problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
