**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Responsible to develop and maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of adult leagues as well as to manage league and intramural operations.

**Qualifications**:
**The incumbent must possess the following qualifications**:

- Knowledge of organized recreation sports leagues, market trends, and customer service
- Knowledge of recreation and athletics policies and procedures
- Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
- Knowledge of cultural competency and diversity in a business context
- Knowledge of supervisory practices

**Education and Experience**:
**The above is normally acquired through the completion of**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management or a related discipline
- Minimum of four years of previous progressive recreation program development and delivery experience including three years of supervisory and leadership experience.
