**Responsibilities**
Coordinate and manage end-to-end ocean and air freight shipments for domestic and international clients.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of cargo.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and other required documents.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trade compliance, and customs procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving problems promptly.

**Requirments**:

- Previous experience as an ocean and air freight forwarder or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during shipping operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes and international trade compliance is a plus.
- PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL AND OUTLOOK ARE MANDATORY)

**Responsabilités**
- Coordonner et gérer de bout en bout les expéditions de fret maritime et aérien pour les clients nationaux et internationaux.
- Communiquer avec les clients, les transporteurs et diverses parties prenantes pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et la livraison rapide des marchandises.
- Préparer et traiter les documents d'expédition, y compris les connaissements, les documents douaniers et autres documents requis.
- Surveillez et suivez les expéditions, en fournissant des mises à jour en temps réel aux clients et en résolvant tout problème pouvant survenir.
- Restez à jour avec les réglementations du secteur, la conformité commerciale et les procédures douanières pour garantir le respect des exigences légales.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience antérieure en tant que transitaire de fret maritime et aérien ou rôle similaire.
- Solide connaissance des procédures, des réglementations et de la documentation d’expédition internationale.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de logiciels et d'outils de gestion des transports.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour une gestion efficace des parties prenantes.
- Souci du détail avec de fortes capacités organisationnelles et multitâches.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes pour relever les défis qui peuvent survenir lors des opérations d'expédition.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à s’adapter aux priorités changeantes.
- La connaissance des processus de dédouanement et de la conformité du commerce international est un plus.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel et Outlook sont obligatoires)
- SOLIDES COMPÉTENCES EN COMMUNICATION ÉCRITE ET VERBALE (L'ANGLAIS EST UN INDISPENSABLE)

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
