experience of each retailer and their customers. StoreToDoor is a branded platform that gives retailers
the ability to offer cost-effective same-day delivery.

**What We Are Looking For**:
leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong
listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows,
the sales specialist must be both approachable and professional in order to help us extend our global
reach and impact.

**Responsibilities**:
Included but not limited to:

- Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving

complaints.
- Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
- Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
- Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
- Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
- Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the

rest of the sales team to follow this example.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
- Ability to remain professional.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.

**Education**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business
