**3. Sales Presentations**:

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value propositions of the company's IT products and services.
- Tailor presentations to address the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
- Clearly articulate how the company's solutions can solve the client's problems and meet their business objectives.

**4. Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on how the company's offerings can add value.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

**5. Proposal and Negotiation**:

- Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining the recommended IT solutions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by the client in a professional and

persuasive manner.

**6. Closing**:

- Work towards closing deals by overcoming objections and demonstrating the unique value proposition.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition clients smoothly from the sales process to the implementation phase.

**7. Post-Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the customer support and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Leverage successful client relationships for referrals and testimonials.
