We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team and provide support to our small Property Management company. The position is part-time/casual with very flexible scheduling (make your own hours). The HR Specialist will be able to work from home but will be required to be in the office 2-3 times per month or as needed. This position would be a great match for a person looking to supplement their income or for a recent retiree in the HR field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of the company.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist and support the Director with employee discipinary actions, terminations, and PIP's.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
- Maintain a positive working environment by providing support to employees.
- Handle employee inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
