**Subterra Renewables is looking for their Business Development Representative**

**Desirable Requirements**:
CET or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or sustainability studies.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Develop strategies to increase leads through client outreach and social media.

Assist in preparing and executing sales proposals and partnership agreements.

Assist in preparing feasibility Energy as a Service models associated with each sales opportunity.

Create presentations and utilize marketing assets geared to project criteria, i.e. greenfield, retrofit, acquisitions, district, etc.

Assist with the preparation of RFP submissions.

Attend conferences and industry event to identify and develop new strategic partners and new sales opportunities.

Develop new lunch & learn opportunities with strategic partnerships, architects, engineers, energy modelers, and property mangers.

Identify and engage marketing and sales leads.

Nurture leads through the lead generation process.

Review and upload technical files and manage proposal tracker.

Track deal flow in Salesforce.
