**The bigger picture**

We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking and result driven individual to come on board as our Manager, Consumer Support and Document Management for up to a 36-month term at our Henderson location in Regina. You will be responsible for leading a team of leaders within our Consumer Support Centre and Document Management Centre. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support growth and efficiencies within Conexus.

**How you’ll be spending your time**
- Coaching, empowering, and leading a team of direct reports to maximize member experience and operational performance
- Ensuring the delivery of consumer lending support and document management service solutions that comply with policy and legislation
- Monitoring and breaking down processes to reduce wasted steps to drive efficiencies
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities while ensuring adherence to company policies and legislation

- 4+ years formal leadership
- 7+ years lending or loan administration
- Knowledge and understanding of loan policy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary Range**:
$79,880 - $106,500 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
