**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a dynamic, highly personable, opportunity-driven, and resourceful Customer Success Representative to temporarily join our thriving team in Toronto
As a Customer Success Representative you will need to get involved in all phases of the customer lifecycle from implementation, to sustained usage and expansion as well as through periodic updates. Always helping customers meet or exceed their desired ROI and in turn, become lifelong advocates.
At the end of the day, your mission is to delight customers in every way and have them truly love and recommend our technology
**Responsibilities and tasks**
Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Work with end users of our platform to ensure they are getting the most out of their experience with us
- Go on site to clients to help train their employees on the Opifiny systems
- Work with health care providers to get more out of the system
- Conduct webinars with clients
**Qualifications (required)**
- Outstanding command of the English Language - written and spoken
- Degree/Diploma holders in Mass Comm/Communications/IT/Computer Science or other related fields preferred
- Post-secondary degree
- Strong computer skills
- Resourceful, sharp, friendly, quick-thinking and empathetic should be some of the adjectives used to describe you.
- Great presentation skills
- Ability to work on both macro and micro levels on several projects at once
- Strong organizational skills
- a proven collaborator and team player who can easily liaise with different levels and departments both externally with customers and internally
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
