Pure Lush Designs and Co is a multifaceted company renowned for its exquisite wedding decor and design, as well as its corporate design and decor services. We specialize in producing luxury wedding decor that adds elegance to the most special occasions, while also excelling in corporate design to enhance brand presentations and atmospheres.

Our sister company, Lush Flower Boutique, part of this dynamic group, is dedicated to crafting beautiful and memorable floral arrangements that bring the beauty of nature into people's lives, creating joy through their art of flowers. Together, these companies offer a unique combination of wedding and corporate design, as well as floral artistry, to create captivating visual experiences and unforgettable moments. Located in Mississauga but servicing the world.

**The Job**

In the intricate web of the events industry, the production manager is responsible for the corporate sales of our flower division and also weaves together various teams and departments to create a harmonious symphony. They are the ultimate multitaskers and event professionals, coordinating teams, managing budgets, schedules and ensuring that timelines are adhered to.

Their exceptional teamwork and communication skills foster collaboration and synergy among diverse groups, making sure that everyone is working towards a shared vision.

**The Expectations**
- Effectively sell event florals and corporate subscriptions by marketing the Lush Flower Boutique Division
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Pure Lush Designs and Co core products via successful completion of required sales training, and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead operations.
- Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics
- Provide ongoing coaching and development of staff
- Serve as the main point of contact for team and clients and address calls for most general business issues; escalate to Executive Director, only when needed.
- Passionate about a superior client experience, consistently following up + following through
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, ability to manage high volume of inquiries across multiple platforms
- Attend and participate in related associations, committees and networking sessions (e.g. trade shows)
- Monitor the products and services of competitors. Responsible for full market knowledge as it relates to competitors
- Create, implement, and track successful digital and social media marketing campaigns such as ads, reels and feed graphics
- Participates in sales forecasts and sales activity reports and budget presentations
- Ensure that correct credit information is received and that team follows proper billing procedures
- Staff scheduling
- Oversee team and manage productivity
- Manages client feedback, respond to customer complaints, resolves problems and gives out information
- Proactively monitor networks to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Set up décor when needed, this is a hands on position and we need all hands on deck rolling up their sleeves
- Oversee all communications between the sales team, operations and management
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards and ensure staff are following company protocol to maintain professional image
- Daily and weekly reporting‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
- Fresh Flower delivery to clients as needed including to funeral homes

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role for a hotel, venue, or flower shop
- Experience selling + executing events
- Sound knowledge of Floral etiquette, blooms, handling and care
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
- ability to learn new systems quickly
