AMS Automated Manufacturing Systems is focused on introducing the next generation of automation in manufacturing & assembly. Our innovative core competencies lie on Automation Assembly in the Automotive Industry, using various Assembly, Welding, & Laser Technologies. We are looking for talented, dedicated and self-motivated individuals to assist with the growth and expansion of AMS.

**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing meeting materials, and documenting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective internal communication and streamline workflow.
- Contribute to the development of efficient administrative processes and systems to streamline sales operations.
- Assist with the organization of sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a sales or customer-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management is a plus.
