**_The Data Operations Coordinator_** provides support to our national sales team by managing data collection, reporting, and analytics.

**Compensation Data**:Hourly pay based on experience.

**Travel**: None

**Location**:Bolton, Ontario**. The schedule is M-F, 8:00-4:30.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creates and generates reports for senior management to identify trends, operational improvements, and potential business initiatives.
- Develops dashboards and reports to provide feedback on key metrics and trains employees in their use.
- Identifies data inaccuracies and monitors system utilization to ensure adherence to documented procedures and data integrity.
- Coordinates and schedules tactical lead generation opportunities through the Costco Partnership and other relevant channels.
- Supports the sales team and contact center with Salesforce administration of leads, opportunities, and CPQ orders.
- Assists with reconciliation of vendor invoices for approval by National Sales Manager for AP processing.
- Collaborates with our partners of choice in sharing data and information to support business development.
- Coordinates and communicates with vendors and external parties as needed.

**What you will need to succeed**:
**_ Education & Qualifications:_**
- Diploma with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Salesforce experience _required._
