Operational Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Logistics Coordinator to join our team at BEAVER TRANSPORTATION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, including developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish the work, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. They will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, training workers in duties and policies, and conducting performance reviews.
In addition, the Operational Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and organizing and maintaining inventory. They will also be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in transportation operations, with experience in dispatch management and inventory control. They will also have excellent computer and technology skills, with proficiency in software such as electronic schedulers, dispatch management service software, and human resources software.
