Office Coordinator

Elite D. Brothers Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing data entry.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
